Technical Canister Led lights for Cave and technical dives

During the development of our lights we had to take many attitudes to suit the expectation of the divers. The reliability was the most important requirement, a general light has to be reliable in any case.
Pressure-tight test
The increasing of the diving depth consequently pressure change is simulated in a testchamber might as well until 200 meters. (656 feet) The chamber in which we can test our light’s maximal diving depth.
Running improvements
The echoes and the experiences of the divers are very important for us but partly we can put together the necessary changes on the next serial lights.
Elasticity
Of course we try to solve any requests; we may meet special claims as well, if somebody needs a piece production light. Video lights etc.

About our lights and battery pack

The lights
In our lights we mainly use LED-s as luminous sources.
The advantages of the LED luminous sources
- High mechanical power, excellent watt/lumen rate. It assures under identical
mechanical output higher luminescence, its efficiency is better than he halogen lightbulbs’
- The current consumption is considerably less by this means the lighting is much longer.
- Long endurance, we take 25000 hours endurance by our used LED-s into account.
- High correlated colour temperature, (5500-10000k) which white colour is standing
closer to the natural light by this means the colour rendition will be better.
- Considerable insusceptibility against the mechanical effects (such as collision, dropping)
Throwing of our lights
In spite of the light background the high correlated colour temperature and the regular formed
glory are good sensible.
The light heads are made with 10 degree reflector-mirror, nevertheless in spite of their
scattering light,
they emit enough diffused light to that the diver will be able to see the
environment around him.
In our diving lights there are Nimh powers which have got many advantages
whilst the
traditional lead-gel storage batteries.
Higher energy-density, the capacity-transmission of the power is more optimal.
There is no memory effect, the battery is rechargeable at any time and you don’t need to wait
until it runs down.
Lighter weight. The weight of the Nimh battery is the portion of the same capacity lead-gel
storage battery.
Smaller size. Under the same capacity, the size of the lamp will be smaller.
In our lights the battery is interchangeable by the user. The same capacity is reachable just by
the manufacturer used or with that corresponding capacity battery.
The voltage of the is 1,2 V
and its capacity is 2100 mah.
The Nimh batteries contain less harmful component which are damaging to the
environment
not as the lead-gel storage batteries.
During the storage of the lights you must pull away the plugs.
During aeroplane transporting you must pull away the plugs.
The endurance of the battery is 800-1000 recharge cycle.
The loss of energy which is resulting from the ageing of the battery is during 3-400 recharge
about 15-20%.
Attention! The total discharge of the battery is to be avoided, otherwise it can
irreversible impairing. The used batteries must handle as dangerous waste. Please do
not damage the environment, batteries must pass down in the appointed places.
The battery-tank
The battery-tank is made from high strength of plastic and complemented with corrosionresistant
and acid- resistant belongings.
Its establishment is robust with its wall thickness which is more than 1centimetre, practically
unbreakable.
The battery-tank do not leak even in case of damaging of the connecting cable.
